ASSE International is an ANSI-accredited standards developer and ANAB-accredited product certification body composed of members representing all disciplines of the plumbing and mechanical industries. ASSE’s product performance standards, professional qualifications standards, professional certification, and product certification programs aim to improve the performance and safety of plumbing and mechanical systems.
PRODUCT CERTIFICATION
The ASSE Product Listing Program is an ANAB- and SCC-accredited third-party product certification body with a strong focus on backflow prevention and thermostatic mixing.

ASSE Seeks Working Group Members for Development of American National Standards
ASSE International is seeking working group members to participate in the development of four American National Standards: ASSE 1391, ASSE 7000, ASSE 10000, and ASSE 19000.
ASSE Seeks Working Group Members for Development of National Standards ASSE 1087 and ASSE 1378
ASSE International is seeking members for two unique working groups. One working group will be updating the standards for Performance Requirements for Commercial and Food Service Water Treatment Equipment Utilizing Drinking Water (ASSE 1087). The other working group will be developing a new standard for the Performance Requirements for Point of Entry Anion Exchange – Nitrate Reduction (ASSE 1378).
