HOW TO BECOME CERTIFIED
ASSE professional certifications raise the bar and enhance the employability of professionals. ASSE professional certification in the specialized segments of backflow prevention, service plumbing, fire protection, water quality, infection control, and rainwater harvesting, among others, expands skill sets and provides assurance to employers and jurisdictions. Individuals interested in becoming ASSE Certified should follow the steps below.

2. | Find an ASSE Approved School |
Search our database of ASSE Approved Schools to find a training center near you that offers training for the certification you're interested in |
3. | Enroll in an ASSE Certification Class |
Contact your local training provider for class schedules and pricing. Students enroll directly through the ASSE Approved School |
4. | Successfully Pass Exam(s) |
After successful completion of the training course, students must successfully pass a written exam. For some certification programs, a successfully passed practical exam is also required |
