The ASSE International Annual Meeting is an annual gathering where manufacturers, training providers, engineers, contractors, and general members, from various sectors of the industry, convene to engage in meetings, participate in educational seminars, celebrate member accomplishments, and reconnect with colleagues and friends. These meetings will help you get a full perspective of ASSE's program development.

The 2026 ASSE International Annual Meeting, will be held Oct. 28-30 at The Hotel Polaris in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

All ASSE sessions and events will be held at the hotel, with the exception of the companion outing, which will take place offsite (Transportation will be provided). 

ASSE members and non-members are welcome to attend.

Attendees are encouraged to dress in business casual attire for meetings. This typically includes collared shirts, slacks or skirts, blouses, dresses, and comfortable footwear. However, some special events or activities may have specific dress requirements.

Yes, ASSE offers a mobile app for the Annual Meeting. Our app is designed to provide attendees with essential information such as the meeting schedule, local attractions and dining, real-time updates, and interactive features. The app will be available one month prior to the meeting.

The app will be available for download on both Apple and Android devices. Once downloaded, users can create a log-in as a new user or log into your account from previous years.

The ASSE Companion Program includes access to the full ASSE events, along with an offsite companion-only outing and lunch, with transportation provided.

Participants can register for the program during the initial registration process of the full registration by selecting the "Add a Companion" option. If already registered, participants can log back into their portal to add a companion later. Each full registrant may add one companion. The registration fee is $305 for an ASSE Companion.

The Wednesday evening welcome event is scheduled for 5:30-7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 28, at Dollies in the Hotel Polaris. The event will include cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and access to flight simulators.

The Closing Celebration will include cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, dinner, music, and dancing.

The attire is casual. Bring your dancing shoes!

Registration doesn't close, but starting on Oct. 27, an onsite admin fee of $50 will be applied.

If you do not register before the meeting and you must register onsite at the venue, a $50 onsite administrative fee will be added to your registration cost.
