The ASSE International Annual Meeting is an annual gathering where manufacturers, training providers, engineers, contractors, and general members, from various sectors of the industry, convene to engage in meetings, participate in educational seminars, celebrate member accomplishments, and reconnect with colleagues and friends. These meetings will help you get a full perspective of ASSE's program development.

The 2026 ASSE International Annual Meeting, will be held Oct. 28-30 at The Hotel Polaris in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

All ASSE sessions and events will be held at the hotel, with the exception of the companion outing, which will take place offsite (Transportation will be provided). 

ASSE members and non-members are welcome to attend.

Attendees are encouraged to dress in business casual attire for meetings. This typically includes collared shirts, slacks or skirts, blouses, dresses, and comfortable footwear. However, some special events or activities may have specific dress requirements.

Yes, ASSE offers a mobile app for the Annual Meeting. Our app is designed to provide attendees with essential information such as the meeting schedule, local attractions and dining, real-time updates, and interactive features. The app will be available one month prior to the meeting.

The app will be available for download on both Apple and Android devices. Once downloaded, users can create a log-in as a new user or log into your account from previous years.

The ASSE Companion Program includes access to the full ASSE events, along with an offsite companion-only outing and lunch, with transportation provided.

Registered ASSE companions will step back in time and experience life during the Victorian era at the Miramont Castle in Manitou Springs, Colorado. First, companions gather for "High Tea," which includes freshly baked scones, a seasonal fresh soup course, four tea savories (elegant finger foods), and, of course, tea. Following High Tea, the group will take a self-guided tour of the castle’s 30 rooms, featuring authentic period furnishings and room-by-room information. The tour leads you through all four floors of the Castle, which are stepped up the mountainside, allowing for each floor to open onto ground level.

Participants can register for the program during the initial registration process of the full registration by selecting the "Add a Companion" option. If already registered, participants can log back into their portal to add a companion later. Each full registrant may add one companion. The registration fee is $305 for an ASSE Companion.

The Wednesday evening welcome event is scheduled for 5:30-7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 28, at Doolies, an aviation-inspired classic soda shop. Located in the heart of Hotel Polaris, Doolies provides a unique ambience with model F-16s flying overhead, aviation décor, and traditional American bites. The event will include cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and access to realistic flight simulators. *Use of flight simulators will be limited, so be sure to indicate your interest in experiencing the flight simulators when you register!

The Closing Celebration will include cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, dinner, music, and dancing.

The attire is casual / Halloween-themed. Held the night before All Hallows' Eve, the final event of the meeting will be a Halloween-themed closing celebration with dinner, cocktails, music, and dancing. Attendees are invited to wear costumes and participate in our Halloween costume contest. Wear something spooky, something funny, something creative ... it's up to you!

Registration doesn't close, but starting on Oct. 27, an onsite admin fee of $50 will be applied.

If you do not register before the meeting and you must register onsite at the venue, a $50 onsite administrative fee will be added to your registration cost.
